I need action NOW, I am a long standing client and are no getting tired of your contrac

I booked a package to be collected on Friday morning. We have a Pre-Paid account with The Courier guys and there is funds on the account. Late Friday afternoon the package was still not collect and I received a message statein that no one was as the business.

THIS IS S UTTER LIE!!!

Our profile states that on Friday were are at the office till 15:00, we were here till 16:00. Our intercom in connected to my mobile phone and I did not receive a call from anyone at the gate.

What is The Courier Guy going to do about dishonest staff?

How will this be rectified?
