I lost my belongings after entrusting that company

My first experience with this company was very bad, bad is an understatement. I sent my parcels home as I was coming from work I used the courier guy from Kimberley (Kathu) I sent 3 parcels I only received 2 of my bags and it’s been 2 full weeks communicating with the business they not taking me serious That bag has my valuables inside, it has my friends Bayern jacket and she wants it. I’ve been trying to reach out and there’s no movement whatsoever today their phone wasn’t even going through. So from personal experience I would advice that you don’t use that company it’s not reliable and their are ridiculous for this bull
