I lost a business opportunity bcoz dey misrouted and lost my parcel

I was sent a parcel on monday as I had to use it for business presentation,my parcel was misrouted to swe I don’t know why they route it there because the parcel was supposed to come to emalahleni,mpumalanga.I was promised that they will route it to the right place but now courier guy does not know where is my parcel…I keep asking where is my parcel I get no answers…I missed a business opportunity because of them now am loosing products worth R880. My parcel number LOCK***1… I have proof of our conversations since wednesday and they taking me from pillar to post.I just want my parcel and if its lost can I get reimbursed.
