I haven't received my parcel. Going for a week now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had a parcel with the Courier Guys from Friday last week (6/12/2019 and its the 11/12/2019. And I still haven't received my parcel. Its been almost a week now and still, I haven't received the service I've paid for. The customer service is unacceptable. I've called them, and when they decide to answer I get told the parcel has been despatch. That's all I'm being told, no-one seems to know whats going on at this place... I'm really annoyed as I haven't received what I've paid alot of money for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
