I had the utmost BAD experience with the company, I received the tracking numbers for collection of my parcel

I had the utmost BAD experience with the company, I received the tracking numbers for collection of my parcel. I travelled to the locker to pick up the parcel only to find the machine rejected the pin displaying an invalid pin message. I called the company for clarity they tell me there is a problem with the pins distributed to customers and the problem will be fixed tomorrow only then i should come back. Why did they not send communications to customers telling them they mustn’t bother going to pick up parcels because they are aware of the problem then distribute new pin numbers only after they have resolved the problem? Im unhappy with The Courier Guy
