I expected better service

I’ve been waiting for my package for 3 days. I requested that it be delivered before 15:00 (as no one is available at the delivery address after that) but my request was ignored. Then today at 11, I got an email to say it was undeliverable as ‘no one was at the delivery address’, which is not true. I phoned and they said the driver would come back and message me when he gets here, but I’m still waiting. It is a birthday gift and now I won’t be able to give it to my daughter.
