I don't recommend them they are ****

I ordered a tray and the lady I ordered from used The courier guy. My parcel was given to them on Tuesday( 15/10/2024),when I tracked my parcel they were to deliver the following day. On Wednesday(16/10/2024) and when I tracked the parcel it was written out for delivery. I waited the whole day I didn't get any communication regarding my parcel, later around 6 I tracked the order again it was written returned to hub. The following day Thursday(17/10/2024) I received a call from.Minenhle khanyile asking for my address, he said he doesn't deliver in my area and that I should meet him in Verulam. I called the head office they assured me that he will deliver and they are not aware that he refused to deliver my order. I called the delivery guy he ignored my calls, then again I called the head office they said he will deliver the following day in the morning. Today(18/10/2024) the delivery guy called me around 9 his name is Mishe crouch and asked for my address again and I gave him. I waited for him then around 14:00 I called him several times and he ignored my calls. I called their office they then said they will deliver my order on Thursday(24/10/2024).I didn't receive any explanation or apology regarding the whole ordeal. When I queried about why it was sent back again they dropped the call.
