I cannot reason with the logic (or the lack thereof) of how my parcel has been sent around.

My father sent me a parcel from Richardsbay yesterday. It was received the following morning at 5am at Vanderbijlpark (about 30min away from me). I was very impressed and expected to hear that it would be at the Three River's branch (the end destination) shortly. It spent the WHOLE day at the Vanderbijlpark branch and when i called the branch at around 2pm the guy told me that it will arrive at The Tree Rivers branch tomorrow morning, unless j can collect it in Vanderbijlpark before 5pm. Now firstly I’m paying you to deliver it so no. And secondly i am working tomorrow anyway. I decided to just settle with it arriving at the Three Rivers branch tomorrow (Saturday). But then i checked the tracker and its now being sent to Johannesburg! 1 hour and 17 minutes away! Instead of just 14 minutes from Vanderbijlpark to Three Rivers!! And worst of all i will only receive my parcel on Tuesday! Ridiculous, where is the logic?! Thanks for nothing. I wont make use of your services again.
