I bought some goods online and opted for Pudo locker for delivery

I bought some goods online and opted for Pudo locker for delivery. When the parcel arrived, I was given the pin code to retrieve my parcel. The locker did not accept my pin, told me the ID does not exist. This morning I was sent 2 more pins, neither of which worked. I have now been told to collect at the actual kiosk, not the locker. They have wasted my time and my petrol
