My dad woke up to collected only to be told that it will arrive tomorrow. I called the branch and explained and they refused to make a plan even though it's only 1 hour 45 minutes to get the parcel from their Depo. I spoke to Aviwe who said she was the branch manager in Alive and asked for EL manager number and she refused me blatantly. I called the EL branch and the same thing happened.
