I am extremely disappointed with Courier guy Umthatha

I am absolutely furious! I sent a parcel to the Pudo locker at Umthatha Mall, and the driver told the recipient to collect it within an hour during working hours! This completely defeats the purpose of using a locker! Now, the parcel has been ridiculously returned to the hub, and I'm being given the runaround! Alvano Makapaan, the online 'consultant,' has the audacity to leave me hanging, despite my clear explanation of the urgent need for this parcel. We pay for these lockers precisely because we need access outside of working hours! This is an unacceptable failure, and I am suffering because of their blatant incompetence and the fact that they failed to provide the service I paid for!"
