Hung up on and Parcel not delivered

My order was marked as out for dispatch, So I called off work to receive the parcel and now i get told that it is not being delivered today by the cape town branch, once I was told so I was understandably upset and I got hung up on because of this. I normally do not have a single issue revolving around courier guy but to provide misinformation on the status of a parcel is unacceptable.
