HUGE MESS UP

Im an account holder with courier guy for handling my business parcels. between courier and supplier there shouldnt be mistakes that the client can be held responsibble thats why we make use of their service. ive booked two seperate parcels on 2 different waybills. this morning i received an amount to pay R666.50 before delivery can take place, however the waybills were mixed up between the driver and the supplier and the quote of the dimensions that was given to me to make a booking was R120.95 thats a huge diffrence. The issue i have now is that Absolutley NO ONE can take the blame for this and i have to pay the account for someones messup. this is beyond business regulations.
