How to Ruin a Simple Delivery: A Masterclass by The Courier Guy!

Absolutely unacceptable service from The Courier Guy.

My parcel was shipped correctly from Cape Town, only for your company to misroute it to the WRONG depot (Vaal), delaying my delivery for no valid reason whatsoever. This wasn’t weather, this wasn’t traffic — this was pure F**king incompetence.

What makes this worse is that the mistake was only discovered because I contacted support myself. If I hadn’t followed up, my package would have sat there who knows how long. Why am I doing your quality control? That’s F***ING ridiculous.

I was given mixed messages, generic excuses, and vague timelines while my delivery date slipped from what should have been Thursday to “maybe Friday… maybe Monday.” That level of uncer*****y for a paid service is ________ unacceptable.

This company clearly lacks proper routing checks, accountability, and urgency. A basic depot error should not derail a delivery like this. I expected better, but instead got **** service and wasted time.

I will seriously reconsider ever using The Courier Guy again, and I strongly advise others to do the same unless they enjoy delays, excuses, and frustration.
