How did a very good company go so wrong...?

Would you ever consider The Courier Guy in Potchefstroom...reconsider.

After many years of doing business with The Courier Guy in Potchefstroom, I am shocked with the incompetence of the staff. Luzelle Barnard after being informed in July 2020 that The Courier Guy Potchefstroom is charging somebody else's parcels on my account, after various phone calls and emails, you reconfirmed on the 9th of September 2020 that the amount close to R4000-00 is still pending on my account. Now my account is being suspended. After talking to several people at this branch, nobody wants to take responsibility for their actions. We really tried to keep doing business with The Courier Guy by paying cash for every parcel. But now this is this is the end of the line.
