How bad can a COURIER GUY be?

This is not the first time that I've had problems with this courier company. The make use of a 3rd party for their outlying areas and when you contact them, they simply blame the 3rd party. I contacted them 2019/09/19 at 18h 45 to try and determine where my parcel is. The chap I spoke to, ZANE, was quite arrogant and I told how pathetic they are and that I was going to report this on Hello Peter. His response was "That's Okay" I asked his name which he gave and I told him I'm going to mention his name with a response of "That's fine". To add fuel to the fire, if you go onto their website they've all of these awards that they've won!!!! With service like this and with an attitude to match they shouldn't be allowed to courier anything. I'll rather use SA Pot Office than THE COURIER GUY.
