Horrific Services

Services are shockingly bad. Parcel gets sent to the wrong city, arrives an entire week late and when it was received the parcel was damaged badly. Enquiring about damages, The Courier Guy staff shifts blame onto the owner and said it was not in the original packaging so they will not take responsibility for damages. So I sit with a heavily damaged appliance, delivered a week late and The Courier Guy just tells me to accept it. Pathetic, would not recommend their services to anyone.
