Horrific Service from The Courier Guy

We had the most horrific service from Courier Guy with boxes shipped from Cape Town to Johannesburg. The boxes were delivered with clear water damage and was starting to disintegrate. It was clearly manhandled in a most unprofessional way.

However, the worst of this was that after a complaint was sent to The Courier Guy support, The Courier Guy deliberately misinterpreted and avoided responsibility for the glaringly obvious damage for which they were solely responsible.

There is no customer in the world that would have been satisfied with this service and the blatantly patronising responses received from the support.

Please avoid The Courier Guy at all cost!
