Horrific Service from The Courier Guy

What a horrific, horrific experience I have had with this company. My package was initially supposed to have been delivered last week Thursday 22 September 2022 already and still today the package is not delivered. I have to constantly call their offices and email them to make arrangements for delivery and the delivery guy never seems to arrive as per arrangements made prior.
