Horrific service

Most horrible service I have ever recived. I had to send a parcel to n client, I drove to the kiosk in Bedfordview after speaking with Vanessa. When I arrived the lady at the counter was more concerned with the next client then with me. I made it super clear that the parcels was fragile and needs to be handled with care. The lady place my box on the floor next to her and just said sure. Then when the parcel arrived at my client every last item was broken. I message Vanessa how then apologized and asked that I give them a second chance, I said I would however to find out I must now pay for this once again. And no reply till now from anyone pathetic
