Horrific Service

The Courier Guy overall is a bad company. They don’t know what they are doing and it is about damn time something is done. These people took my parcel on the 6th June 2024 promising that it would be delivered to the client on the 7th between 9am and 10am. However this was never done, but they took the parcel and my money. Monday morning I get an email from the client that they haven’t received the parcel.

Now I had to take the initiative to use my airtime and call them to find out why was the service I paid for not being done, they only told me that the Midrand branch people don’t know how to do their job. So now I have to suffer because a group of individuals do not know how to do their job. This is ridiculous and is appalling, I’m so dissatisfied with their service and will never go back there.

Now I know why they are not a preferred company when coming to the big companies in South Africa. They have had their fair share of the madness, and would rather not. I would not recommend these people to anyone.
