Horrific handling of items - damaged goods. Avoid!

This is not the first time I am having issues with Courier Guy.<br> <br> The lost my brand new server last year, then about 2 months ago they completely destroyed an award I had made that cost me a lot of effort to gather all the items. It cost me about R3000 plus to get it done and they only reimbursed R1000 because \It was not insured". This was besides the point as it was smashed even it had about 8 fragile stickers on it. They have absolutely no regard for the value of goods at all. Some of the parts were imported and at great cost I had to try and fix it on my own cost.<br> <br> Then 2 days ago I had them ship a sub worth R9000 overnight. It was in mint condition when it left here and securely wrapped. I took pics of everything. It arrived again severely damaged and dented. The other person now wants his money back and wants to return it. It was clearly thrown around looking at the damage on it. This was a big and heavy item.<br> <br> I want to warn anyone who has a contract with them to cancel it since they have no respect for their customers' shipped items. The last two incidents happened in two months from another.<br> <br> I am totally disgusted with them and taking legal action. I want my money back"""
