Horrid experience with this Company - Use another company.

If I could give 0 stars then I would, honestly I don't know what happened to this company in the last 2 months. Everything went downhill and absolutely no one is willing or able to assist you. No one can run a business where they pay for a service and it cannot be done on time even though you pay for it to be done in that time frame? This is now costing me money and business on a dire level, I am having my Takealot score being affected because you guys are not booking your delivery slots or you deliver late for your slot and my items get rejected at the door, if I knew this was the case then I would have made a plan to get my items there myself instead of run a loss, have cancelled orders and have my business reputation affected. I think I will be making use of a different company going forward. What amazed me is reading the reviews from the past month and how the owner can respond to 1 positive comment but nothing is said about all the negative feedback here? Do you as a company not see the problem here?
