Horrid

Absolutely the worst courier. They make repeated mistakes (swopping parcels and delivering it to the wrong people) and refuse to ever take accountability. Their customer service is actually the most useless of all and just say sorry without ever fixing anything. They also become more and more expensive and they have hidden costs that they will just bombard you with randomly on your portal. Really disappointed and EXCITED to start using Fastway instead
