HORRIBLE TREATMENT FROM COURIER GUY

I had the most horrible experience with this company, they had collected my parcel without disclosing the price and only alerted me of their high price when the parcel was at their premises, when I went to their offices to enquire about this thier employ was rude to me telling me that if I can't afford to pay for my parcel they will sent it back from where it came from, and it's my duty to know how their company procedures works as everyone knows, he was arguing with me all the time, assiting other customers while dealing with my issues, he even refused to give me courier guy customer service contact. I was forced to pay R585 because I was deperate to get the items as they were to be used to business. I need my refund and please deduct what you normally charge for collections.

This is courier guy Preller square Bloemfontein. this company better attend to my issue or am gonna have to take steps of exposing them on socials as I have recordings of what took place at their office.
