Horrible service with rude staff

I booked a shipment on Monday 23Sep early for a next business day delivery which was supposed to be on Wednesday 25th as Tuesday was a public holiday. At first I got an email saying collection attempt failed because no one at home where else I was home the entire day it’s only after I called that the driver said he’s coming. On Wednesday my mother(the recipient) received a call from one of these guys wanting to confirm the address and said to her they going to deliver the same day, no delivery. I called on Thursday spoke to one of your agents he said the delivery address was incorrect I then said I should wait as he checks with his ops manager I waited almost 15minutes on the line and then he cut the line. I called again reached Charlene/Shaylene who was also rude when I tried explaining the situation saying the system says wrong address I asked we confirm the address as this was the same address they delivered to previously and the driver who called my mother confirmed the address she was rude till I asked to speak her manager, call transferred to Langton I rude as his agents I spent more than 30 minutes on this call with him confirming the address and I was trying to let him know one of the delivery guys confirmed the address the previous day and he was rudely saying no one called and it’s all a lie. He searched the address and said he sees a salon on the address I kept repeat back and I said it’s fine they should deliver at that salon as it is literally a house from home. He advised delivery will take place on Friday 27Sep and not on Thursday fine today it’s Saturday 28Sep and no delivery/no communication whatsoever from your rude people let alone your manager Langton who kept yelling I’m the ops manager yet doesn’t have the skills to handle crises/speak to customers. Please return my parcel and I expect a full refund as no service was provided and the so called ‘ops manager’ couldn’t even remedy the situation
