Horrible Service from the Sales Rep!

Is it common practice for the staff of the Courier guy to handle their clients like ****?

A great example of this is as follows:

We registered a new company and have to apply for a new prepaid account, so I asked the sales rep what type of Tax Clearance they need from us, so she rep**** as we are not VAT registered they won't need a tax clearance. I completely understood this but I still had a question for her regarding the TAX Clearance as in general practice it does not make sense to require a Tax Clearance even if we are VAT Registered. After a while she started developing an snotty attitude towards me, she had this attitude that she is doing me a favor. This all happened telephonically while dealing with the Bloemfontein Branch. I also went into the branch and she still has this no care attitude. Can also not apologize. The Courier Guy, not all the people are like this at your company but please get the people who needs it up to speed regarding customer service.
