Horrible service from the courier guy in newcastle

The courier guy in newcastle has the worse service, I don't recommend using them. The staff at newcastle are unprofessional and have no experience or knowledge about the company... I spoke to a guy by the name of Francois and he didn't know anything about my collection and he said there was no collections for the day yet I have an invoice for collect today between 8am-4pm... I called at 4.05pm to find out about weather or not they will be coming to collect the package and the guy didn't know anything about it... When I asked for a refund, he said he doesn't know how to do that... How can you work for a company and not know the processes of how it works... The driver later came to collect the package, and when I asked the driver why he is so late... He said they only sent him now after getting a call from me... So if I didn't call they would of never collected my package. #terribleservice #stuffdontknowaboutthejob
