Horrible Service from The Courier Guy

Absolutely disgusted! I must say, I have never been so disappointed in a company before. I sent 3 boxes with The Courier Guy from Grahamstown last week Friday so they would arrive in Joburg by the time I got there. They were supposed to arrive on Wednesday but didn’t. No call or any form of communication. I call on Thursday, get assured they will arrive that day, nothing. Same thing on Friday. I called them multiple times over this period and was always promised a time my boxes would arrive but they never did. No apology for messing me around and making me sit at home waiting for 3 days, nothing.

Finally they arrive, 3 days late and my boxes look like this. The word “FRAGILE” was written all over the boxes and yet they arrived crumpled, broken, torn and in a complete mess.

Never using The Courier Guy again.
