Horrible service from (Pudo) courier guy

I'm not happy The Courier Guy ....my parcel got lost last week when your driver got hijacked....I was requested to send documents so that I can be paid back .....and since Saturday I have sending my documents from one agent to another and after sending them your agents will just ignore me 😔 😔 😔 😔 😔 😔 😔

After doing business with you for all these yrs I was not expecting this
