Horrible Service

Service is pathetic. We were suppose to have an urgent parcel delivered within 24h and nothing. The parcel arrived at the Cape Town depot at 9am. After phoning at 11am they promised it would be delivered before 5pm. However after 14h00 they apparently don’t answer their phones anymore because after numerous attempts they just don't answer. Wondering if it will be faster to just go pick it up myself.
