Horrible service

Lost a package worth R400 more than 2 months ago and refuses to pay me back. I’ve had to follow up with them multiple times at every step of the claim process. I kept being bounced around the different branches, no one wants to take responsibility for losing my stuff.

It’s been a month since I’ve last gotten a straight answer from anyone at this cursed place.

Don’t use them if you want good service.
