Horrible Service

I sent two packages of mine on 09/02/2025 and was charged an amount of around R590 plus and was very hesitant on paying this but had to because it was an emergency for these to get to Port Elizabeth because my car needed the parts for repairs. A week has passed and now I am receiving a call that I must pay an additional R500 which I don’t have in order for it to be delivered. And this is bonkers because had I known that I had to pay R1100 for these, I wouldn’t have couriered them with you guys. My car is waiting for these parts which I paid for with prices advised and measured by your facility. This needs to be resolved because this is crazy business at this point.
