HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NO DELIVERY

A parcel was sent to me via The Courier Guy on 23 November. The parcel was sent via overnight courier. It is now December 9 and this parcel has still not arrived. I have called The Courier Guy numerous times and apart from being kept on hold for ages, the people have a very blase attitude, dont seem to know anything and EVERY time i call, I am told my package will be delivered that day. Still no parcel despite so many empty promises. PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THIS COURIER COMPANY AS THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!
