Horrible service

Good day

I am very disappointed in your company. Firstly i logged collection last week Wednesday and only had the package collected yesterday and kept on being told that my phone number is not working. I provided 2 additional contact details but still no good service from your company. The package arrived at my client today only for your driver to give the lady recieving the package attitude to the point she chased him away. I had to call again to sort this matter out. Now my client has sent me pics of package which arrived wet and damaged. You can imagine i have had enough with your service as it's appalling and disgusting.
