Horrible service.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced, i will never in my life recommend using the Courier guy, I couriered a bird cage to one of my clients and it showed up in pieces, the cage was wrapped but pieces were missing so it broke when it was in the truck on the way to be wrapped, then after contacting the courier guy they said they can’t do anything and it’s not their problem, so you trust them to get your parcel to the destination safely and pay them to do so and this happens? Now I have to take money out of goodness knows where to replace the cage, but that’s just not their problem?? Do better. I’ve seen some horrible reviews of your service the last few days and I hope you guys start actually putting your customers first some day… a one star rating doesn’t even do justice, you guys deserve a rating far in the negatives!
