HORRIBLE SERVICE

The Courier Guy both Hoedspruit and Polokwane Hub are jokes. as a small business I thought it would be ideal to use this company so my customers can receive their products on time... It's been 5 business days my customers are still to wait. I've been calling to no response, no one is taking my calls. I've lost clients due such act, to explain my story would take the whole day. At least take calls when clients call, I even phone head office which put me through to Polokwane on Tuesday today is Friday I'm still on hold.
