Horrible Service

The service is absolutely **********. I have called the Kathu branch over 15 times and not once has anyone answered the phone. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, the only day you service my area, and yet nothing was delivered. I was told another delivery attempt would be made within 24 hours, but I have received no “out for delivery” notification whatsoever. This is beyond unacceptable — it’s lazy, unprofessional, and shows complete disregard for customers. Truly disgraceful service.
