Horrible service

I booked a morning collection before 8am only to be told on my 3rd call that the driver has a lot of collections to do, I don't understand why is 1 driver assigned to a lot of collections, now I'm being told it will be collected tomorrow, unfortunately I'm NOT sure if they will. I love this company but they did me dirty today and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement
