Horrible Service

I was expecting a delivery today, stayed at home ALL Day waiting for my parcel, no1 came or called and now in the late afternoon I get a msg that they failed to deliver as i wasn't around. I'm not home tomorrow and they will not deliver again after 2nd attempt. Send them a WhatsApp, they Read and Never came back LOCK***1
