Horrible Service!!!

Horrible service. I ordered an item from amazon (Payed for the same day delivery). Only for them (the courier guy company) to send me a whatsapp saying my item is on hold, so i need to call them, for the information they need.

Like What the f*ck!!, you're supposed to call me to ask for details that you need, not me chasing you. I'll NEVER buy from Amazon EVER again, because of this courier company.

They told me they only deliver once a day (in the morning) in soweto - What the hell is that???

And I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you're buying from any online store, check which courier they are using, if it's 'the courier guy', don't bother buying from them.
