Horrible horrible service!!!!!!!!!

What an absolute nightmare it has been working with the East London branch. You can phone, email or complain online and absolutely nothing gets done.

This is not a one time thing. I have had many bad experiences with them. From 3 week late deliveries, lack of communication or simply just not answering their phones to late deliveries to my customers whom I have now let down, filling in application forms that never got processed only to be sent an email 2 months later to say they have new forms and to reapply. Decided to apply via the head office. The consultant was very helpful and got it done in 2 days. The East London branch is a rotten apple.
