Horrible Horrible Service!!!!

The Courier Guy Durban has the worst service ever!!!!

When you arrange to get a parcel collected they just do what they want. They decide when they feel like collecting your parcel.

I specifically asked them to collect before 3 pm because I know the business closes after 3 pm. But then they say the driver could not make it before 3 pm. But they don't call you and inform you. They just move it to the next day. This parcel is supposed to go overseas!

What is the point then to ask them to collect before 3 pm? I am so mad! This is giving my company such a bad name. We spent loads of money with them every month. You then call and ask to speak to a manager, they ask you to hold, you hold forever and then they cut down the phone. No one has time for that! I am so over their horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!
