Horrible experience with The Courier Guy service

Even a 1 is too much. My experience with this courier service has been extremely disappointing. The delivery people mishandled my packages to the point where my microwave door was shattered. Despite my efforts in calling and chasing them down for an update, they conveyed that there's nothing they can do. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer property is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this courier service due to their poor handling and unhelpful customer support.
