HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT COURIER GUY HOWICK!!!

The Courier Guy in Howick's services is absolutely horrible! I have requested a package to be picked up in Harrismith and to be taken to Howick. After two days, we gave them a call to follow up on the package, where they then said that the package was never picked up because "someone" at the pick up location didn't allow them to pick up the package, which was absolute nonsense. After I had asked who the person was at the pick up location that didn't allow them to pick it up, they could not give me a name. After several phone calls, they are still denying that it is their fault and blames it on the Harrismith branch. Then they dropped the phone in my ear - Horrible customer service!
