Horrible Customer Service

I've been waiting on a package since 27/02/2024. They've called me to say it will be delivered on the 27th. I've been following up daily and nobody can tell me qhat happened to my package. I was told its at the Krugersdorp Keywest depot when I got there they told me its at JHB depot. They are not communicating with me. Its sooo frustrating. The horrible service I'm getting from them.
