Horrible customer experience

This is utterly annoying courier service that picks and chooses what packages they choose to deliver. The driver just called advising to meet at the nearest police station. Do I stay at a police station? Quick to charge the account, but now I must meet at some damn police station on a work morning. This is disgusting, I want my refund!!!
