Horrible experience!!!

I canceled a shipping. I've been in contact with courier guy all week!! I got 5 different excuses every time I called. They didn't correspond both the waybills, I paid to have my package returned for them to deliver it to the person who ****MED ME!!! I spoke to the manager and they kept making excuses and blaming me for their incompetence!! Very disappointed!!! "don't use courier guy!! Not genuine or honest!
