Horrible courier service

The Courier Guy is absolutely horrible!!!! I arrange a collection with Courier guy to fetch mask in Vincent, East London. The collection date was for the 4th of May but they only fetched it the next day(Tuesday) and they gave me this lame excuse of why they didn't go the previous day. So they eventually fetched it on Tuesday. When i got the tracking number and i tried to track it, it just says it is invalid. I phoned them this morning (7 May) they told me it got to Port Elizabeth yesterday but can't say when it will be delivered. I am very disappointed, unhappy and wil never use them again or recommend them to anyone as they take forever to awnser the phone and don't even awnser their email. What makes me more upset is the fact that i paid for overnight courier.
