HORRIBLE COURIER (A WEEK TO DELIVER A PARCEL)

I was in my life, NEVER, as disappointed with a courier or even our postal service, as I am today in TheCourierGuySA.

I referred all my clients to them to sent their materials to me through Courier Guy, because I was under the impression they were ony of the best and most affordable.

Never ever again will I make that mistake to refer anyone for that matter to TheCourierGuySA.

My client send a parcel to me yesterday morning (wednesday) she informed me that the parcel will be here today. By 6pm i tracked the parcel, which was send from middelburg to bethal, to secunda then to Johannesburg, from johannesburg back to secunda, back to bethal and it says returned to depot.

I called the tracking nr, and they informed me that parcels only get delived to my area on wednesdays only. How pathetic is that for a courier company. And here I thought i would use The Courier Guy for all my services. But wont be that stupid. I will rather use our trusting postal service if no other company can deliver to me within the said timeframe.
